I did not receive my e-id cardreader

When is your order shipped?

Robots ship your order automatically. 

If you order the e-id reader before 16:00, it will be shipped the same day and arrive in your mailbox the next day.


Tracking code

If you did not receive the cardreader, you can open a support ticket, in which we can provide you with more tracking details.


Card reader stuck in shipment or not delivered

If the card reader is stuck in shipment (eg still at the DPD warehouse) or indicates it's delivered (but you have not received it),
then you need to fill in an official DPD complaints form.


Attached in this article is the form you need to fill in in order for us to start an investigation at DPD.
